Registration is closed. (Feb.1, 2025)

The items you need to input for the registration are listed as follows:

(1)Personal information (Your name, email and living address, phone number, your status and affiliation.

(2)Accommodation request (from which to which date you will stay, room type, room mate names, dietary restriction)

(3)Oral/poster presentation request (The presentation title and abstract will be asked by email after registration.)

(4)Some questionnaire on GAIA and confirmation.

On Registration fee

There is no registration fee in this workshop.

Participants are supposed to pay the accommodation fee directly on site.

The accommodation fee depends on the period of your stay. It costs about 36,000 JPY for full attendance with two nights' stay, and 51,000 JPY with three nights' stay. If you share the room with other participants, the cost will be reduced.
