About us
筑波大学西尾研究室では、橋梁などインフラ構造物の建設や運用の「知能化」研究を行っています。土木工学の構造工学・応用力学に立脚しながら、先端センシングやデータ科学、計算工学など分野横断的に新しい技術や手法を駆使して、私たちの社会を支える構造物を老朽化や災害のリスクに対して安全に、かつ持続可能な形で使用していくことに貢献することを目指します。
