【勤務場所】筑波大学 第三エリア F 棟

【業務内容】研究室構成員の研究活動に関する秘書的・事務的業務

【応募資格】

Word や Excel 等によるある程度高度 (マクロ作成等) な事務作業ができる方

Adobe Illustrator 等を用いた作図ができる方

html 等によるホームページの保守・管理ができる方

コミュニケーション能力の高い方

【給 与】本学規程に基づく時間給制: 1,060 円~1,280 円(本学の規定による)

【待 遇】一定条件を満たす場合は通勤手当支給のほか、社会保険に加入。雇用保険及び労 災保険加入。休暇等は本学非常勤職員就業規則の定めによります。

【勤務時間】週 3 日~5 日、10 時~18 時勤務(休憩 1 時間含む)

【休 日】土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始及び大学の定める一斉休業日

Part-time Administrative Assistant Recruitment at Tsukuba University, Systems and Information Engineering Laboratory

Position: Part-time Administrative Assistant

Number of Positions: 1

Employment Period: From June 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026

Work Location: Tsukuba University, Third Area F Building

Job Description: Secretarial and administrative tasks related to the research activities of the laboratory members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform moderately advanced administrative tasks using tools such as Word and Excel (e.g., creating macros).

  • Ability to create illustrations using software such as Adobe Illustrator.

  • Ability to maintain and manage websites, including using HTML.

  • Strong communication skills.

Salary: Hourly wage based on university regulations: ¥1,060–¥1,280 (according to university guidelines).

Benefits: Commuting allowance will be provided if certain conditions are met. Social insurance, unemployment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance will also be provided. Holidays and other benefits are in accordance with the university’s regulations for part-time employees.

Working Hours: 3 to 5 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break).

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and university-designated holidays.
