Direction for Tsukuba campus

From Narita airport by bus

  1. Take the highway bus bound for Tsukuba Center (approx. 100 minutes).
  2. At Tsukuba Center, take a bus named Tsukuba Daigaku Junkan Bus (University of Tsukuba Loop-line On-campus Bus). Either clockwise route (Daigaku Junkan, Migi-Mawari) or counter-clockwise route (Daigaku Junkan, Hidari-Mawari) are available. Alternatively a bus bound for Tsukuba Daigaku Chuo (University of Tsukuba) is also available. Get off at Dai-San Area Mae bus stop. See the following map for a route to the department office.

From downtown Tokyo by train

  1. Take Tsukuba Express (TX) line bound for Tsukuba, and get off at the terminal station Tsukuba.
  2. At Tsukuba station, take a bus named Tsukuba Daigaku Junkan Bus (University of Tsukuba Loop-line On-campus Bus). Either clockwise route (Daigaku Junkan, Migi-Mawari) or counter-clockwise route (Daigaku Junkan, Hidari-Mawari) are available. Get off at Dai-San Area Mae bus stop. From downtown Tokyo by bus

  1. From Tokyo Station, take the highway bus bound for Tsukuba Daigaku Chuo (University of Tsukuba) (approx. 75 minutes). Get off at the terminal bus stop Tsukuba Daigaku Chuo. See the following map for a route to the department office.
